The front cover of In the Arms of My Beloved was based upon a painting by Tracy Wong. In the early stages of the book, Sandra described to Tracy what she saw as the front cover of the book. Within just a few weeks, Tracy presented a painting with the very image Sandra described.
With no prior experience in artwork or painting, Tracy decided to take it up as a hobby. Well, God had other plans! As she began to listen to her heart, she realized the greatest discovery was about what was buried beneath. As the Lord continues to release her to paint, she is learning that she is only just scratching the surface. Painting for God is like nothing she has ever experienced before.
At times, Jesus gives her visions or she hears His still small voice directing her on what to paint, often feeling as though His hand is moving hers across the canvas. “It has been a great gift to walk this road of discovery with Him, and even greater to offer the paintings back to the One who created them.”
