The cost per book is $19.95 (CDN) plus taxes (where applicable) and shipping.
For easy ordering, simply select the zone that applies to your shipping address (Canada, US or International). All charges will appear combined as one line item on your invoice.
Total charges for each region are as follows (in Canadian Dollars):
Canadian Customers - $26.95
US Customers - $29.95
International Customers - $31.95
All prices include freight and applicable taxes
